Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 444db ("the Platform", "444db", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at https://444db.io, including but not limited to online casino games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and all associated payment and account management services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the 444db platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

Eligibility

444db reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of an account's life cycle. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, the platform may suspend account access, freeze balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money services on 444db, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at registration is truthful and that you will update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal is processed from a 444db account. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

444db processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳500; processing times subject to network availability.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit under standard account conditions, however 444db reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits to accounts flagged for enhanced due diligence review.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the 444db account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to have originated from a payment account not matching the 444db account holder's verified identity will be returned to the originating account, less any applicable transaction costs, and the 444db account may be suspended.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Sports Betting Rules

444db offers pre-match and in-play sports betting markets covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 444db platform. Sport-specific rules are published within the relevant betting section of the platform.

• BPL, IPL, and International Cricket: All cricket betting markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, BCCI, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or decided by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, settlement will follow the governing body's official ruling.
• In-Play Betting: In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a suspension takes effect at the platform level are valid provided the bet was fully registered in the system prior to the suspension event.

Any winnings derived from such activity will be confiscated and the relevant account permanently closed.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Welcome Bonus: New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444db platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

444db's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, to the extent that any liability is established, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 444db's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

Complaints, Disputes, and Governing Terms
